Gravitons (Force Carrier Remix) EP

When “Gravitons” first landed on XAKK Records in 2005, it quickly found its way into the sets of some of the biggest names in the industry. But the track’s destiny took a detour that no one could have predicted.
In a twist of fate, “Gravitons” was licensed to the massive online phenomenon, Club Penguin.

What started as a deep club groover became the subconscious soundtrack for a generation. From an initial 30 million users to an estimated 200 million accounts following the Disney acquisition, this track traveled from the underground to the digital consciousness of millions of young gamers worldwide. Now, two decades later, those gamers are on the dancefloor, and “Gravitons” is coming home.

The Force Carrier Remix:

20 years after the original EP, Björn returns to the source material with the Force Carrier Remix. This is a complete re-imagining for the modern Deep Progressive landscape. Stripping back the nostalgia, this mix locks into a hypnotic, rolling groove designed strictly for today’s sound systems. Heavy on atmosphere, driving percussion, and emotive depth.

XAKK is back with its first collaborative release of the year, courtesy of Swedish producers Bjorn Fogelberg and John Keding. Both artists have been active in the progressive house and electronic music scenes for decades, with recent solo and joint releases on labels such as Dissident, RKP, ICONYC, Freegrant, Krafted, Hexagonal, and more.

Their new EP, Stellar, delivers three versions of the title track, each offering a slightly different take on the deeper side of progressive house.

The Original Mix features a steady, driving groove, rumbling low-end, and spacious pads. Airy stabs and restrained melodic elements help create a hypnotic atmosphere throughout the track.

The Sunset Remix moves into darker territory, adding more weight with deeper pads, dissonant stabs, and menacing yet warm synth swells.

Finally, the Sunrise Remix brings more energy and melodic variation while maintaining the depth and drive of both the original and the Sunset mix.
